Transitioning from Evolution to isolved: Frequently Asked Questions
Why are we moving from Asure HCM (aka Evolution) to iSolved?
We are transitioning to iSolved to provide our customers with a more comprehensive, user-friendly, and reliable platform for managing your payroll and HR needs. iSolved offers a broader range of functionalities and enhanced features to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
When will this transition take place?
Our official start date for the transition has yet to be determined. We plan to convert a group of early adopters in the summer of 2024. We anticipate that in January of 2025, we will begin our two to three year strategy to migrate customers to iSolved. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated and informed of our progress.
Will this change affect our existing payroll and HR data?
No, we will work diligently to transfer your payroll and HR data to this new platform. One important factor in our decision to move to iSolved is their experience of converting users from Evolution to iSolved. To ensure a smooth data migration process, we will communicate with each customer through their transition, as each account is unique.
What do I need to do right now?
Currently, there are no action items for you to do. We are in the initial stages of building out our backend processes and procedures. Please come and see us at the Home Instead Convention, where we will be showing demos of the new platform. Please stay tuned for further messaging, share this information with your appropriate staff, and watch our FAQ for changes.
Can I be part of this summer’s select group of early adopters?
We are contacting some customers that we identified as possible early adopters. However, we are still looking for more, and if you are interested, please let us know by emailing support@payplusllc.com, or you can reach out to your payroll specialist.
Account & Access
How will I access my account on the new platform?
You will receive detailed instructions on accessing your account on iSolved closer to your transition date. As we did with each customer when you transitioned to PayPLUS, we will be taking a similar approach to ensuring your understanding of the new platform with one-on-one training.
Will I need to learn a new system?
The iSolved platform has been designed to be a user-friendly and intuitive experience. To help you navigate the new platform, the PayPLUS training team will assist in providing training resources, including access to the iSolved university and user guides. Additionally, the PayPLUS support team is readily available to help you with any questions and provide one-on-one training.
Will I need to download software?
No, iSolved functions through a web browser on all platforms (Windows, Mac, etc.). Additionally, iSolved offers a mobile app that provides easier access for employees and customers.
Payroll & Taxes
Will my current payroll schedule and tax filing process change?
We aim to maintain your existing payroll schedule and tax filing processes, which PayPLUS handles. Minor adjustments may be required due to system differences. Again, we will communicate any relevant changes that may affect your account well in advance.
How will I ensure accurate payroll processing during the transition?
We understand the importance of timely payroll processing. Our goal is that neither you nor your employees will notice a difference, just an improved platform and end-user experience.

Evolution Classic/Web
Will Evolution still be an option for us?
At this time, we will be starting with early adopters and using a staged approach. Our timeline indicates that it may take up to three years to migrate all customers to iSolved. Ultimately, PayPLUS will be exclusively operating on the iSolved platform.
Pricing
What will be the pricing structure?
We are finalizing our structure; however, it will be a price per employee per month (PEPM) versus the current structure of the payroll cycle and number of pays.
